Victory Jumpoff Radio - Show #11: The 3.10.12 VJR Countdown

For the first time ever, take part in the first Victory Jumpoff Radio countdown in its now, 3 year history! Today I take 19 of my favorite current songs and let them battle it out for supremacy! But this isn't your normal countdown, no sir! You won't be hearing the hits that are blazing up your hip-hop & R&B airwaves! This is my personal preference! Only one entry is allowed per artist! The songs can not be in current heavy rotation! And most importantly, they're my rules, so I can break them if I want! But if you're ready to find out who took the first ever number one spot in VJR Countdown history, now is the time!

•Mac Miller - Jerry's Record Store
Ace Beanz - Get It In
Common - Raw (How You Like It)
Wale - Legendary
•Usher - Climax (Remix)
Nicki Minaj - Stupid Hoe
Jay-Z - Glory
Beyonce - Love On Top
Drake - Cameras
•Rick Ross - I Love My Bitches
Childish Gambino - Heartbeat
T.I. - Hear Ye, Hear Ye
Saigon - Hungry
Huey Mack - Higher
•Slaughterhouse - Monsters In My Head

Two Webshooters & A Microphone - Episode 2: The Hyphen Reviews Some Books!

In this episode of Two Webshooters & A Microphone, I review some books! Having read several books over the past few months, I gather my thoughts (albeit without a script) and review several books. These books include: Essential Daredevil Vol. 1 & 2, Full Court Press, The Last Season, Four Bullets For Dillon, Essential X-Men Vol. 1 & 2 , and 100 Bullets: Split Second Chance! Also: don't miss a very special message from Thomas Deja, my thoughts on Before Watchmen, and the show's first letter from Derrick Ferguson. It's been a long time coming, so get to listening!

Victory Jumpoff Radio - Show #10: Joey. Where We Get Our Namesake From.

I'd like to introduce you to Joe. Joe is just a guy from New Jersey. He once had a deal with Def Jam Records and a hit song with Just Blaze. But Joe's album didn't sell well so Def Jam kept him on the shelf for 4 years. In that time, Joe started a mixtape series called Mood Muzik. This series made Joe a legend. The underdog who always stood up for what he believed in, right or wrong. Joe used to call himself Jumpoff Joe Budden. That's Joe saying "Jumpoff" in the Dirty Hun Victory Jumpoff Radio drops. I'm a big fan of Joe's. And you should be too.
